Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new eyewear. If something isn't right, we offer a 7-day exchange window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, undamaged, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, contact us at rehmatullahopticalhouse@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 0332-2027884. You can either bring the item back to our shop at Shop #11, Near Hoor Bai Hajiani Girls High School, Opp Jama Cloth Market, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi, or send it to us via courier at your own cost. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right — in these cases, we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Non-exchangeable items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please check your item carefully before requesting a sale item.

Refunds
We currently do not offer cash refunds. If your exchange is approved, we'll help you pick a replacement item of equal value, or issue store credit for a future purchase. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your exchange, contact us at rehmatullahopticalhouse@gmail.com.
